MSL’s Complex Adaptive Grid initiative took an important step forward with the second meeting of the Santa Fe Institute’s power grid Working Group in March, 2026, advancing our alignment (and collaboration) on the conceptual framework. In addition to preparing an article for publication, we plan to continue the Working Group’s efforts to develop a research agenda, and in several other key areas.
